2.3 Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase will apply.

2.4 Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly match actual product colors.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product details, pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3.2 Payment: Payments are processed securely via Shopify and its third-party payment gateways. By providing payment information, you confirm authorization to use the payment method.

3.3 Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to production processes.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–7 business days, with additional time required for custom products.

4.2 Delivery: Shipping times depend on the selected method and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs for international orders.

4.3 Lost or Damaged Items: Contact us at polendodesign@gmail.com within 7 days if your order is lost or damaged during transit.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Eligibility: Returns and refunds are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized products are final sale unless defective or incorrect.
